摘要
大长径比金属定子衬套成形管件需要保证较高的贴模质量和成形质量,而摩擦对成形管件的成形质量的影响较大。综合考虑成形管件内径、材料性能参数、加载路径和成形压力等参数的影响,建立金属定子衬套外高压成形数值仿真模型,研究摩擦润滑对等壁厚金属定子衬套成形质量的影响。结果表明:随着摩擦因数增大,成形管件轴向材料塑性流动增幅较大,但成形管件中间截面等效塑性应变沿路径的分布规律基本相同,数值变化幅度也较小。综合分析成形管件过渡处对角距离、壁厚分布标准差和相对壁厚误差3项成形质量评价指标,结果表明,管件成形质量随摩擦因数增大而降低,所以在等壁厚金属定子衬套成形过程中,需要尽量改善管件与模具之间的摩擦润滑条件。
The film quality and lining, while the friction has great forming quality is very important influence on the forming quality size, material mechanics parameters, pressure and loading paths, the ameter metal stator screw lining was established to analyze the effect for the large length-diameter ratio metal stator screw of the screw lining. By considering the effect of tube external pressure numerical model of large length-di- of friction on metal stator screw lining forming quality. The simulated results show that, with the increasing of friction coefficient, the screw lining is increased greatly, while the equivalent plastic strain distribution axial material plastic flow of metal stator regularities of the forming tube along cross section path is basically the same, anc~ the equivalent plastic strain only has small variation.The three evaluation criterias, such as the fillet stick mold coefficient, thickness relative error, forming quality coefficient were synthetically analyzed, it is shown that the forming quality of metal stator screw lining is lowered with the increasing of friction coefficient.Therefore, it is necessary to improve friction and lubrication condition in the forming process of metal stator screw lining.
