摘要
在内分泌血液科中,由于业务技能不足、工作量偏大、自我保护意识淡薄和服务意识淡薄等原因,较容易出现如药物发放错误和护患矛盾等安全性问题,不仅降低了护士的服务效果,为护士自身的健康带来了安全隐患,也不利于和谐护患关系的建立。为了有效解决这一问题,采取安全管理模式是一种可行的方法。安全管理模式的建立主要包括成立专项安全管理小组、开展系统培训、建立明确的安全规章制度、安全管理检查、开展专项教学和安全管理工作总结等步骤,通过以上环节的合理组合,有效提高了内分泌血液科的管理和服务质量。
The safety issues of drug release mistakes and medical contradiction easily occur owing to the insufficient busi-ness skill, heavy workload, weak self-protection awareness and service awareness in the department of hematology, whichreduces the service effect of nurses and is also harmful to the harmonious medical relationship. The safety management model is a feasible method in order to solve the problem, and the establishment of the safety management model mainly in-cludes establishing the specific safety management group, developing the systematic training, establishing the specific safety regulations, safety management examination and summarize the specific teaching and safety management work, and rational combination of these measures can effectively improve the management and service quality in the endocrine department of hematology.
