摘要
吉祥草(Reineckia carnea A.Kunth)属百合科多年生常绿草本植物。研究了吉祥草不定根质外体屏障结构的特征。结果表明:吉祥草不定根初生结构由维管柱、内皮层、皮层、外皮层和表皮组成。在不定根发育时期,其外侧屏障结构由木质化表皮和具凯氏带、栓质化与木质化的外皮层组成;内侧屏障结构由凯氏带和栓质化的内皮层组成。吉祥草根尖外皮层的较早发育,可能造成水和矿质吸收和运输的阻碍,也是吉祥草适应阴生环境的重要原因。
Reineckia carnea A.Kunth was a perennial evergreen herbaceous plant in Liliaceae.The apoplastic barrier development in adventitious roots of R.carnea A.Kunth was studied.The results showed that the primary structure of R.carnea A.Kunth adventitious roots was composed of vascular cylinder,endodermis,cortex,exodermis and epidermis.In the adventitious root development period,the lateral barrier structure was composed of lignified epidermis and with casparian strip,suppository and lignification of the outer skin layer,its medial barrier structure was composed of the casparian strip and suppository inner cortex.The earlier development of its exodermis might result in obstacle of water and mineral absorption and transportation in R.carnea A.Kunth.These structures were reasons of R.carnea A.Kunth adaptation to shade environment.
