摘要
目的探讨硫酸镁联合硝苯地平在妊娠高血压综合征治疗中的应用效果。方法回顾性分析我院2012年2月至2016年5月诊治的90例妊娠高血压综合征患者的临床资料,将患者分为观察组与对照组,各45例。对照组给予硫酸镁治疗,观察组在此基础上联合硝苯地平治疗。比较两组治疗前、后的血压与生活质量。结果治疗前,两组患者的收缩压(SBP)及舒张压(DBP)比较,差异不显著(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组患者的SBP及DBP较治疗前均有所下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者均无低血压情况发生。治疗后,观察组患者的生活质量评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05),所有患者都顺利分娩出新生儿,患者与新生儿均无严重并发症。结论硫酸镁联合硝苯地平治疗妊娠高血压综合征能有效降低患者血压,提高其生活质量,改善孕妇与新生儿的预后,值得推广应用。
Objective To explore the application effect of magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine in the treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome. Methods The clinical data of 90 patients with pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome in our hospital from February 2012 to May 2016 was retrospectively analyzed. All patients were divided into observation group and control group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with magnesium sulfate,the observation group was treated with nifedipine on the basis of the control group. The quality of life and blood pressure before and after treatment in the two groups were compared. Results Before treatment, the systolic blood pressure（SBP） and diastolic blood pressure（DBP） of the two groups were not significantly different（P〉0.05）. After treatment, the SBP and DBP of the two groups decreased, and those of the observation group were lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. There was no hypotension occurred in both groups. After treatment, the quality of life score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. All patients delivered the neonatal smoothly, and there was no serious complications occurred in patients and neonatal. Conclusion Magnesium sulfate combined with nifedipine in the treatment of pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome can effectively lower the blood pressure of patients, improve the quality of life and the prognosis of maternal and neonatal, which is worthy of popularization and application.
