摘要
目的探讨六西格玛管理法在减少院内压疮发生率中的应用效果。方法运用六西格玛管理方法,通过调查和分析2012年1月—12月12641例次住院患者中院内压疮发生情况,确定护理流程中关键点并提出改进措施,并统计2013年1月—2014年3月13867例次住院患者中院内压疮发生情况。结果实施六西格玛管理后,院内压疮发生率从干预前的0.158%降低到干预后的0.057%。结论六西格玛管理法有助于优化压疮防护流程,提高护理质量。
Objective To investigate the effect of six sigma management in prevention and control of nosocomial pressure ulcer. Methods To investigate the incidence of pressure ulcer in 12641 cases of observed hospitalized patients between January,2012 and December,2012,and to analyze the potential reasons of nosocomial pressure ulcer. Nursing countermeasures were carried out according to the analysis on key points in prevention of pressure ulcer. The incidence of pressure ulcer in 13867 cases of observed hospitalized patients between January,2013 and March 2014 was observed and compared whit that before implementation of six sigma management. Results The incidence of nosocomial pressure ulcer decreased from 0. 158% before six sigma management to 0. 057% after six sigma management. Conclusion Six sigma management is an effective tool to optimize the prevention and control of nosocomial pressure ulcer,as well as improving the nursing quality.
