摘要
目的探讨锈蚀器械分类处理方法在器械除锈方面的应用,旨在提高器械除锈及清洗质量。方法将2016年5月份消毒供应中心(CSSD)采用常规除锈处理法的器械作为对照组,2016年6月—8月实施锈蚀器械分类处理法的器械作为实验组。比较2组的锈蚀器械数量、除锈合格率及灭菌后器械返锈率。结果对照组锈蚀器械124件,除锈合格率为88.71%,返锈率为1.78%;实验组锈蚀器械64件,除锈合格率为98.44%,返锈率为0.00%,实验组器械除锈方法优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用锈蚀器械分类处理方法后,器械除锈质量得到了明显的提高。
Objective To explore the application of the corrosion instruments classification in rust clearance of medical instruments,and to improve the rust removal quality of medical instruments.Methods To select the corrosion instruments using normal treatment method of rust removal in May,2006 as the control group. The corrosion instruments using method of corrosion instruments classification were selected as the experiment group from June,2016 to August,2016.The number of corroded devices,qualified rate of derusting and the rust recovery rate were observed and compared between two groups. Results The number of corroded devices of the control group was 124 cases,the qualified rate of derusting and the rust recovery rate was 88. 71%and 1. 78% respectively. The number of rusting devices in the experimental group was dropped to64 cases,the qualified rate of derusting increased to 98. 44% and rust recovery rate decreased to0. 00%. There was a significant difference in rust clearance efficacy between two groups( P <0. 05). Conclusions The application of corrosion instruments classification is effective to improve the quality in rust clearance of medical instruments.
