摘要
网络与信息技术的发展与网络传播介质的成熟催生了网络社区,而网络的虚拟与现实的双重性质为网民搭建了形成共识并产生公共舆论的平台,进而影响公共政策与政治过程,网络公共空间逐渐发展成为哈贝马斯视域的公共领域。一方面,这一公共领域是理想型的,具备了匿名性、自主性以及参与性的优势,另一方面,又成为语言霸权、信息鸿沟,甚至是权力复归的温床。从意识形态的功能性,通过对网络意识形态的治理成为网络公共领域的哈贝马斯视域构建的主要路径。
With the development of network and information technology mature spawned a network of community,and the dual nature of network-the virtual and the realitym,build the internet users the platform of consensus and public opinion,thereby affecting the public policy and the political process,the network of public space has gradually become a public field of view of Habermas.On the one hand,this public sphere is an ideal type,with the advantages of anonymity,autonomy and participation,on the other hand,it has become the language hegemony,information gap,and even a hotbed of power.Returning from the function of ideology,the ideology of network governance has become the main path to construct the view of Habermas network in the public domain.
