摘要
本章主要针对悬垂线夹组件进行接触、磨损分析,利用ANSYS大型有限元分析软件,通过ANSYS-APDL命令流对悬垂线夹进行建模、有限单元划分、边界条件设置、加载、求解、后处理显示等,得到悬垂线夹组件在设计荷载作用下的应力应变分布情况和磨损情况,以期得到最大应力发生部位和磨损区域,本文仿真结果对悬垂线夹磨损预防具有借鉴意义。
This paper mainly for catenary clamp assembly contact, wear analysis, using the ANSYS finite element analysis software, the suspension wire clip modeling, set up finite element meshing, boundary conditions, loading, solving and post processing by ANSYS-APDL command flow, get suspension clamp assembly under the design load should stress and strain distribution and wear. The maximum stress and wear area are obtained by simulation analysis. The simulation results of this paper have a reference value for the prevention of the wear of the suspension wire clip.
