摘要
目的:分析多元化护理对精神分裂症患者自我管理的影响。方法:回顾性分析126例精神分裂症患者资料,按护理方法不同分成两组,行多元化护理的63例患者设为研究组,行常规护理的63例患者设为对照组,比较两组患者自我管理能力及护理满意度。结果:研究组自我管理能力及护理满意度明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:精神分裂症患者行多元化护理可提高自我管理能力与护理满意度。
Objective： To analyze influence of diversified nursing in self-management of patients with schizophrenia. Methods： The clinical data of 126 caseswith schizophrenia were retrospectively analyzed. They were divided into study group（ n = 63） and control group（ n = 63） according to the nursing methods. The study group was given the diversified nursing,while the control group received the routine nursing. The self-management abilities and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Results： The self-management ability and nursing satisfaction of the study group were significantly superior to the control group（ P〈 0. 05）. Conclusions： The diversified nursing to the schizophrenic patients can improve the ability of self-management and nursing satisfaction.
