北京市医院门诊预约挂号现状及满意度分析 被引量:13

Analysis of Current Situations in Appointment Registration in the Outpatients' Department of Beijing's Hospitals and the Degree of Client's Satisfaction

摘要 目的为了解北京市医院门诊预约挂号现状,考察调查对象对门诊预约挂号的满意度及影响因素,为相关政府部门和医院在门诊预约挂号制度改革方面提供理论依据。方法本研究通过自行设计的问卷和访谈提纲,对北京地区16岁以上的人群进行了调查和访谈。结果调查对象中78.4%的人知道预约挂号方式,46.6%使用过预约挂号;调查对象对门诊预约挂号满意度较高,占51.6%,节省时间是主要满意原因,号源少是主要不满意原因;年龄、职业和收入等因素对预约挂号满意度有显著影响。结论相关政府部门及医院应当推广预约挂号政策、改良预约挂号机制、加强宣传教育,以提高预约挂号使用率与满意度。 Objective To study the current situations in the appointment registrationin the outpatients' department of Beijing's hospitals and to analyze the degree of satisfaction of investigation objects about appointment registration and influencing factors so as to provide theoretical basis for relevant government departments and hospitals to help them reform the outpatient appointment registration system. Methods This study was based on questionnaires and interviews which were designed to investigate the people over 16 years old in Beijing. Results Around 78. 4% of the participants knew something about the appointment registration and 46. 6% had used it themselves. The degree of satisfaction of participants with appointment registration was relatively high,accounting for 51. 6%. Saving time was the main reason why they were satisfied while few resources the main reason why they were not satisfied. Besides,age,occupation and income had significant influence on the degree of satisfaction. Conclusion Relevant government departments and hospitals should publicise this policy of making an appointment,improve appointment mechanism and enhance public awareness to improve its usage and the degree of satisfaction.
