摘要
寻找适合酶联免疫吸附试验对丙型肝炎抗体检测的室内质量控制(internal quality controlling,IQC)的方法。采用Levey-Jennings质控图法、即刻法、加强即刻法(CV<30%)对相同的20例数据进行处理。再用双质控法处理更换试剂批号和血清质控。和传统的质控方法比较,Levey-Jennings质控图法和即刻法对数据监控上均存在假失控和假在控。而加强即刻法显示良好效果。配合双质控法处理更换试剂批号和血清质控也很优秀。依据提出的质控方法进行室内质控,其当年室间质评结果全部合格。课题组的结论是控制变异系数的加强即刻法配合L-J质控图法更适用于酶联免疫吸附试验的IQC。
To develop an internal quality controlling(IQC)protocol for the detection of hepatitis C antibodies in the enzymelinked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),the same 20 data were processed using the Levey-Jennings method,instant method,and improved instant method(CV 30%).And then double quality control method was used to process the replacement of the reagent batch number and serum quality control.Compared with the traditional quality control method,Levey-Jennings control method and instant method existing on the data monitoring are false out of control and false control while the improved instant method showed good result.Double quality control method replacing the reagent batch number and quality control is also very good.Our conclusion is that the improved instant by controlling the coefficient of variation is more applicable to the IQC of ELISA.
