摘要
在四川民办高校发展的十多年时间里,他们为四川地方经济发展及人才培养做出了巨大的贡献.但是民办高校在发展的过程中自身也面临着许多的问题,其中人才的流失就是一个非常棘手的问题.四川民办高校在注重自身规模扩大上下足了功夫,但是对教师的重视不够,比如人事制度不够完善、薪酬体系不具有激励性以及收入普遍较低等问题,本文就四川民办高校人才流失问题进行相关研究,期望能够对四川民办高校人才合理流动管理有所帮助.
For more than ten years in the development, private universities in Sichuan have made great contribut ions to the local economic development and personnel training. But in the process of development the private colleges are also facing many serious problems, including the loss of talent. The private universities in Sichuan put emphasis on their development scale but do not pay enough attention to the teachers. Therefore the personnel system is not so perfect that they do not have the incentive salary system and teachers ( income is generally low.This paper studies the brain drain in private colleges and universities in Sichuan, hoping to help therational flow management of private colleges in Sichuan.
