摘要
对于众多石油化工企业而言,在其日常的能源开采以及生产经营过程中,对各种仪表自动化设备的应用十分广泛。这些设备属于企业生产过程中的重要设备类型之一,其实际运行情况也会对企业的生产经营产生极大的影响。但是,在实际的应用过程中,受到多种复杂因素的影响,经常会出现一定的故障,影响到企业的生产和经营效率。为此,有必要提高对各种仪表自动化的设备故障的重视程度,并积极的做好相应的设备维护。本文的分析过程中,结合实际情况对石化企业仪表自动化设备常见故障进行简要的概述,进而从设备选用等角度出发,对石化企业仪表自动化设备故障维护措施进行具体的分析。
For many petrochemical enterprises, in their daily energy extraction and production and operation process, a wide range of instrumentation automation equipment is widely used.These equipment is one of the important equipment types in the enterprise production process, and its actual operation will also have a great impact on the enterprise＇s production and operation.However, in the actual application process, it is affected by many complex factors, and there are always some failures, which affect the efficiency of production and operation.To this end, it is necessary to improve the importance of various instrument automation equipment failure, and actively do a good job of equipment maintenance.Dunng the course of the research, combined with the actual situation of the petrochemical enterprise instrument automation equipment fault briefly, then from the aspects of equipment selection, specific analysis of the measure instrument automation equipment maintenance in petrochemical enterprises.
