宫腹镜联合Roadrunner PC导丝输卵管疏通术及通液术治疗输卵管阻塞的临床效果 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨宫腹镜联合Roadrunner PC导丝输卵管疏通术及通液术治疗输卵管阻塞的临床效果。方法选取我院2015年11月至2017年2月收治的60例输卵管障碍患者,使用宫腹镜联合Roadrunner PC导丝输卵管疏通术及通液术对所有患者进行治疗。结果在经过宫腹镜联合Roadrunner PC导丝输卵管疏通术及通液术治疗后,60例患者大部分输卵管不再堵塞,有效改善了患者的病情。同时,宫腔镜能预先发现宫腔与盆腔疾病,为患者后续治疗提供了合理依据。结论使用宫腹镜联合Roadrunner PC导丝输卵管疏通术及通液术治疗输卵管阻塞,能有效改善患者病情,成功率高,还能预先发现宫腔与盆腔疾病,为患者后续治疗提供了合理依据。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of pedicure combined with Roadrunner PC guideline tubal drainage and fluid therapy for tubal obstruction. Method Sixty patients with tubal dysfunction admitted in our hospital from November 2015 to February 2017 were selected. All patients were treated with rhesus surgery combined with Roadrunner PC. Result After the treatment of uterine rhinoplasty combined with Roadrunner PC pedicle tubal drainage and fluid treatment, 60 patients most of the fallopian tube is no longer blocked, effectively improve the patient's condition. At the same time, hysteroscopy can be pre-found uterine cavity and pelvic disease, follow-up treatment for patients to provide a reasonable basis. Conclusion The treatment of tubal obstruction with the treatment of tubal obstruction and the treatment of tubal obstruction can improve the condition of the patients, and the success rate is high, and the uterine cavity and pelvic disease can be preliminarily found, which provides a reasonable basis for follow-up treatment.
