摘要
电梯规划是一门垂直交通规划科学,需要综合考虑建筑物的性质、建筑面积、客流分布等因素,包括电梯数量和参数的选择。保障房是民生工程,更要做好电梯交通规划,以满足居民出行要求。分析保障房电梯规划的意义,开展电梯交通规划需求研究,规划并给出了保障房电梯数量、额定载重量和额定速度的决策建议,并对规划结果进行了服务质量评价,供规划建设部门参考。
Elevator planning is a vertical lift transport planning sciences, needs to consider the nature of the building, building area, traffic distribution and other factors, including the number and choice of parameters elevator. Indemnificatory housing is the livelihood projects, but also to make elevator traffic transport capacity planning in order to meet residents＇ travel requirements. This paper analyzes the significance of the protection of housing elevator planning, transportation planning needs to carry out the elevator research, planning and gives the number of indeumificatory housing elevators, rated load and rated speed of policy recommendations, and the results were plarming service quality evaluation, for planning construction departments.
