摘要
随着我国城市建设的大规模发展,如何对桥梁进行有效的管理、分析与维护已是一项迫切的问题。根据苏州市桥梁管理的现状,研制开发了基于WebGIS技术的苏州市桥梁管理信息系统。首先介绍了系统研究与开发的总体思路、功能结构设计与数据库设计,然后重点对数据采集与监测、数据管理与显示、数据分析与健康评价等主要模块进行了阐述。该系统整合了摄影测量监测与桥梁健康评价等新功能,具备一定的实用性和扩展性。系统的试运行结果表明,结合WebGIS与数据库等技术对苏州市桥梁信息进行管理,能够有效整合桥梁属性数据与空间数据,并且科学地评价桥梁健康状态。系统具有操作简单、可视化强的特点,可提升桥梁信息管理的工作效率,为社会提供有益的服务。
With the large-scale development of municipal construction, how to manage,analyze and maintain the bridges efficiently becomes an urgent task. According to the current status of the bridges＇ management in Suzhou,we developed a Web GIS-based bridge management information system of Suzhou. First,we introduced the main design idea, the design of functional configuration and of database. Then,we described the main modules of data collection and monitoring,data management and visualization,data analysis and health assessment. This system,practical and extendable,integrated the new functions of photogrammetry monitoring and health assessment. The experimental results show that using Web GIS and database technology,the combination of bridges＇ attribute data and spatial data is efficient and the health assessment is reasonable. With the features of simple operation and interaction visualization,this system can improve the efficiency of bridge information management and provide helpful services for the society.
