摘要
阜新地区气候干旱少雨,生态环境脆弱,植树造林是提高生态环境质量的最有效方法,油松就是最适宜当地生态的一种树种。以健康无病的母树的种子为研究对象,采用常温贮藏、低温贮藏、沙土贮藏和催芽移栽等4种方法育苗,研究不同种子处理方法对油松苗木生长的影响。结果表明:4种方法都对种子的各项指标产生不同的影响,以催芽移栽法最好,该方法在苗高和成活率上都显著高于其他的处理,所以在种子采集后采用催芽移栽法能提高成苗率,降低成本。
The climate in Fuxin Area is arid,rainy and the ecological environment is fragile.Afforestation is the most effective way to improve ecology.Pinus tabulaeformis is the most suitable tree species for local ecology.Seeds of the healthy & disease-free mother tree were used as research objects.Four seedling raising methods were used,including storage at normal temperature,storage at low temperature,storage in sand and seedling transplanting.Result shows that all the four methods have different effects on the indexes of seeds,but the optimal method is germination transplanting method,which is significantly higher than the other treatments in seedling height & survival rate.Seed germination using transplanting method can improve efficiency &reduce costs.
