化工原理教学中以化工实例培养学生的经济意识 被引量:2

Cultivating economic consciousness with chemical case in the principle of chemical engineering teaching

摘要 针对农业院校学生对化工原理课程学习兴趣不高的现状,在讲授单元操作基本理论的同时,结合化工生产实例对学生的经济意识进行培养.主要从操作工艺条件优化,设备更新改造以及余热合理回收利用3个方面入手,使学生能直观地感受到化工原理知识在生产实践中所创造的价值,从而激发他们的学习热情.该教学方法可以培养学生用技术经济的思维解决问题,给学生以方法论的启迪,有助于提高学生分析和解决工程问题的能力. For the situation that the students of agricultural university do not show too much interest in the principle of chemical engineering,cultivated the student′s economic consciousness with chemical cases when lecturing the basic theory of unit operation. The chemical cases are focusing on three aspects,optimum conditions for the technological process,upgrading of the equipment and reasonable recycling waste heat,and this not only can arouse the students′ enthusiasm in learning but also intuitively makes the students understand the value that the knowledge of principle of chemical engineering created in production practice. This kind of teaching method not only cultivates students with technical and economic thinking to solve problems but also enlightens the students′ methodology.Help to improve their ability of analysis and solving the engineering problems.
