摘要
生态扶贫作为扶贫攻坚五个一批中的重要一环,是实现绿色发展下2020年全面实现小康宏伟目标的重要保证。本文基于我国近年扶贫实践,从生态扶贫概念及想基础入手,剖析了绿色发展下生态扶贫模式,探讨了绿色发展下生态扶贫现实路径,给出了绿色发展下创新生态扶贫机制的建议。
As an important way in China's poverty alleviation,ecological poverty alleviation is also an important guarantee to realize the ambitious goal of achieving a well-off life under green development in China by 2020. Based on the practice of China's poverty alleviation in recent years,this paper analyze the ecological poverty alleviation's ideological basis,mode choice,implementation paths,by the perspective of the ecological poverty alleviation under the green development. And then,some suggestions on the mechanism design of ecological poverty alleviation under green development is also given in this paper.
