摘要
职业教育发展的重要趋势之一就是形成职业教育集团,高职院校之间、不同区域行业之间、高职院校和相关企业之间抓住职业教育目标的纽带,形成职业教育集团,发挥合力进行人才培养。这不仅能够为企业提供更具有针对性的人才,也为企业提出了更高的要求,他们不能只是站在人才的培养链条的终端和末端遥遥相望,职业教育集团的出现使企业更好的融入了人才培养的每一个过程。
One of the important trends in the development of vocational education is the formation of vocational education group,to seize the link of vocational education objectives among the higher vocational colleges,among different regional industries,and between the higher vocational colleges and related enterprises,to form vocational education groups,and to work together to carry out personnel training.This is not only able to provide more targeted talents for enterprises,but also put forward higher requirements for enterprises,which cannot just stand at the end and terminal of the chain for talents cultivation,and the emergence of vocational education groups enables enterprises to better involve in each process of talents training.
