摘要
目的:了解医院后勤人力资源各项特征的配置现状及结构层次变化,探讨后勤人力资源管理途径和模式,为提高医院后勤管理水平提出合理化建议。方法:运用问卷调查和深度访谈法,对天津市某区12家二级以上医院后勤全体人员相关特征指标进行统计分析。结果:后勤全体人员学历结构、职称结构不合理,整体文化程度不高,受人力资源禀赋差异导致年龄结构不平衡现象。结论:整合后勤人力资源,建立健全培训体系,完善后勤激励机制,探索后勤管理模式。
Objective To explore the distribution status of and structural change in characteristics of hospital logistics human resources,to explore the ways and mode of logistics human resource management,and to put forward suggestions to improve hospital logistics management level.Methods The relevant characteristics were analyzed statistically of the logistics personnel working in twelve hospitals in a district of Tianjin city by questionnaire survey and in-depth interview.Results Logistics personnel's academic credentials and professional titles were of irrational structure,whose overall level of education was not high,and there was imbalanced age structure due to human resource endowment difference.Conclusions It is necessary to integrate the logistics human resources,establish and promote the training system,improve the logistics incentive mechanism,and explore a better logistics management mode.
