摘要
分析了北二11-2盘区顶板瓦斯治理巷粉尘治理措施中存在的问题,计算得到了工作面合理供风量范围,并通过分风三通的设计应用对原供风进行了调节,解决了工作面供风量与除尘器处理风量不匹配问题;通过工作面迎头风流控制器的设计应用,解决了供风筒出风口直吹工作面迎头、粉尘扩散严重不利于收集处理的问题;通过吸尘罩的优化改进,成功将吸尘罩与迎头的距离由原来的7 m缩短到3 m。通过一系列的优化改造,大大提高了工作面的降尘效率。各测点总粉尘、呼吸性粉尘降尘效率分别达到93%,90%以上。
This paper analyzes the problems in dust control scheme of north two 11 - 2 gas control panel and the rea- sonable air volume range of the work face is obtained by analysis. The original wind is adjusted by the tee and the problem that air supply and dust removal does not match is solved. Through the design and application of the wind flow controller, it is settled that the outlet for the ram directly blows over the working face and the dust spreading is not conducive to collect. Through the optimization improvement of dust hood, the distance of the dust hood and work- ing face is shortened from 7 m to 3 m. Based on series of transformation optimization, the dust cleaning efficiency of the working face can be greally improved. The total dust cleaning efficiency of every measuring point can reach above 93% and the respirable dust cleaning efficiency reach above 90%.
