摘要
采用电子显微镜、X-射线衍射仪金相显微镜和万能材料试验机及JMat Pro软件模拟平衡合金相图、CCT和TTT曲线等,研究SAF2507超级双相不锈钢在不同热成形工艺条件下析出相的析出规律以及析出相与力学性能的关系。结果表明:热成形温度为950℃时,在铁素体和奥氏体相界析出σ相,随着热成形温度的升高,σ相逐渐溶解,铁素体含量上升,奥氏体含量下降,SAF2507超级双相不锈钢的抗拉强度和硬度呈现先急剧下降后缓慢升高的规律,而延伸率和冲击功呈现先急剧升高后缓慢下降的规律;当热成形温度为1 050℃时,出现综合力学性能变化的拐点,此时材料的抗拉强度为860 MPa,显微硬度为26.9 HRC,延伸率为37.6%,冲击功为148 J。
The precipitation regularity of SAF2507 super duplex stainless steel under different hot forming conditions and the relationship between precipitation phase and mechanical properties are studied by using scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffractometer, metallographic microscope, universal testing machine, and balanced alloy phase diagram, CCT, TTT curve simulated by JMat Pro software. The results show that when the hot forming temperature is 950℃, the σ phase is precipitated at the ferrite and austenite interface. As the hot forming temperature increases, the σ phase gradually dissolves, the ferrite content increases and the austenite content decreases. The tensile strength and hardness of SAF2507 super duplex stainless steel decrease sharply and then increase slowly, while the elongation rate and impact energy show a sharp increase and then a slow decline. When the hot forming temperature is 1 050℃, the inflection point of the comprehensive mechanical property is appeared, as this time, the tensile strength of the material is 860 MPa; the microhardness is 26.9 HRC; the elongation is 37.6%; the impact energy is 148 J.
