摘要
目的:比较分析锁骨钩钢板内固定与联合肌腱转位喙锁韧带重建术治疗肩锁关节脱位术后的功能效果。方法:将2014年8月-2016年2月来笔者所在医院就诊的60例Allman Ⅲ度肩锁关节脱位患者作为此次研究的对象,随机分为两组,每组30例。对照组行锁骨钩钢板内固定手术治疗,研究组给予锁骨钩钢板内固定与联合肌腱转位喙锁韧带重建术治疗,比较两种方法对患者的临床疗效。结果:术后1年随访,两组患者均未出现复发脱位情况,依据Lazzcano评价标准,研究组、对照组的优良率分别是96.66%、70.00%,且研究组JOA评分显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:给予肩锁关节脱位患者实施锁骨钩钢板内固定与联合肌腱转位喙锁韧带重建术治疗,均取得了良好的效果,且后者效果较优,可对其进行推广使用。
Objective：To analyze the effect of clavicular hook plate fixation combined with tendon transposition and ligament reconstruction for acromioclavicular joint dislocation after operation.Method：60 patients with Allman Ⅲ acromioclavicular joint dislocation treated in our hospital from August 2014 to February 2016 were selected as the subjects of the study.The patients were randomly divided into 2 groups,30 cases in each group.The control group underwent surgical treatment of clavicular hook plate internal fixation,the study group was treated with internal fixation with clavicular hook plate combined reconstruction of the tendon with ligament transposition.Combined with the two methods on the clinical curative effect of the patients.Result：After a year of follow-up,there was no recurrence of dislocation in two groups.According to Lazzcano therapeutic evaluation standards,the excellent rate of the study group and the control group were 96.66%,70.00%,and the JOA score of the study group was significantly better than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The treatment of acromioclavicular dislocation with clavicular hook plate fixation and combined with tendon transposition and reconstruction of ligament of acromioclavicular joint has achieved good results,and the latter has a better effect,which can be popularized.
