摘要
目的探讨重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子(G-CSF)注射液治疗白细胞减少症的临床疗效。方法选择256例白细胞减少症患者,分为观察组和对照组(每组128例),观察组采用皮下注射G-CSF注射液进行治疗,对照组给予维生素B4和地榆升白片,对比分析二组患者的治疗效果和不良反应发生情况。结果观察组的总有效率为90.62%,显著高于对照组的总有效率78.12%(P<0.05);二组患者的白细胞数目均较治疗前显著升高,观察组较对照组显著增高(P<0.05);二组间的不良反应率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论重组人粒细胞集落刺激因子注射液治疗白细胞减少症的临床疗效较好。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of recombinant human granulocyte colony stimulating factor （rhG- CSF） injection for leukopenia.Methods Totally 256 patients with leukopenia,were divided into treatment group and control group, 128 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with rhG- CSF through subcutaneous injection, while the control group was given vitamin B4 and Diyu Shengbai tablet. A comparative analysis of two groups of patients with therapeutic effect and its adverse reactions was performed. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group （90.62% vs 78.12% ,P〈0.05）.The number of Leukocytes in both groups was significantly higher than that of the pre- treatment, and the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group （P〈0. 05）.There was no statistically significant difference in the adverse reactions between the two groups （P〉0. 05）.Conclusion Recombinant human granulocyte colony stimulating factor injection can effectively improve the number of peripheral leukocytes with exact clinical efficacy and lower adverse reactions in the patients with Leukopenia.
