摘要
目的通过对稽留流产患者的流产绒毛组织进行染色体核型分析,探讨染色体异常与稽留流产之间的关系。方法对2011年2月至2017年6月,因稽留流产在我院行流产绒毛组织培养和染色体核型分析的286例患者进行回顾性分析。结果 286例稽留流产绒毛组织中,培养成功262例,成功率为91.61%(262/286)。共检出异常核型135例,异常率为51.53%(135/262),其中数目异常占118例(87.41%,118/135),结构异常17例(12.59%,17/135)。结论胚胎染色体异常,尤其数目异常是导致孕妇稽留流产的最主要原因,为流产孕妇提供绒毛组织染色体核型分析可明确其稽留流产原因,对再发风险评估提供科学的理论依据。
Objective:To explore the relationships between chromosomal abnormalities and spontaneous abortion via chromosomal karyotyping on embryos of miscarried pregnants. Methods:Reviewed and analyzed 286 cases of abortion villi which were conducted cell culture and karyotyping. Results:262(91.61%,262/286)cases were successfully cultured and karyotyped over all 286 samples. Which of 135(51.53%,135/262)cases were detected chromosomal abnormalities,118(87.41%,118/135)cases were numerical abnormalities,17(12.59%,17/135)cases were structural abnormalities,respectively. Conclusion:Fetal chromosomal abnormality is playing an important role in spontaneous abortion. Chromosomal analysis of chorionic villi tissues can provide reference for further gestation.
