摘要
转炉煤气回收的主要影响因素有煤气产率、回收时间以及回收装置的效率。煤气产率与原料条件有关,原料条件主要是铁水装入量/出钢量、铁水成分、铁水温度、生铁配比等等;回收时间是指开始收集到终止收集时间段,与原料条件和工艺参数有关,煤气合格时间提早,回收时间增加,回收量增大;回收装置的效率与转炉冶炼操作、设备能力以及设备状态有关。
The main influencing factors of converter gas recovery are gas yield,recovery time and efficiency of recovery unit. The production rate of gas is related to the raw material condition. The raw material conditions mainly refer to the amount of molten iron and the amount of steel,the iron water composition,the temperature of molten iron,the proportion of pig iron,etc. Recovery time refers to the beginning of collection to the end collection period,which is related to the raw material conditions and process parameters,the gas qualified time is early,the recovery time increases,the recovery volume increases. The efficiency of the recovery unit is related to the smelting operation,equipment capacity and equipment status of the converter.
