摘要
针对传统PLC灯板大批量生产检测中存在漏检、错检等问题,结合当前主流计算机视觉技术、自动化技术等,设计了一款PLC灯板的质量检测系统。该系统包含图像采集卡、结果显示、PLC分拣单元等模块。利用图像处理技术,比较图像一定矩形区域内的白色像素点个数,如果超过预设,则判定PLC灯板存在缺陷,并通过PLC控制系统进行自动分拣。最后通过实际运行,验证了该系统具有速度快、精度高的特点,从而实现了对PLC灯板的自动化检验。
Aiming at the existing problems of omission and error detection of large quantities of traditional PLC lamp panel pro?duction,combined with the current mainstream computer vision technology,automation technology,quality detection system is de?signed with a PLC lamp panel. The system includes an image acquisition card,the results show,PLC sorting module and other mod?ules. Using image processing technology,compare the number of white pixels within a certain rectangular region,if more than thepreset,then determine the PLC lamp board defects,and automatic sorting through the PLC control system. Finally,through the ac?tual operation,the system has the characteristics of high speed and high precision,so it can realize the automatic test of PLC lightboard.
