导体后预热对高压XLPE绝缘性能的影响

摘要 为提高绝缘交联产能,通常采用各种导体前、后预热的工艺。就VCV高压立式交联生产线使用导体前、后预热与单独使用导体前预热时的线速进行介绍,并对不同线速工艺生产的产品的性能指标做对比。 In order to increase the production capacity of crosslinking process, a variety of preheating process were used before or after conductor generally. In this paper, we introduce the line speed by using preheating process before or after conductor, and the one by using preheating before conductor only, in the VCV high voltage vertical cross pro-duction line. As well as the performance indexes of products by different line speed were compared.
