摘要
葛根是一种药食同源的植物,在中国历史悠久。国内外学者对其进行多方面研究,发现葛根中含有多种有效成分,尤其是异黄酮等功效成分,在临床上主要用于心脑血管疾病、糖尿病等疾病的治疗。由于其药源丰富,疗效好,安全性高等,所以受到全球广泛关注。本文综述近年来葛根的化学成分、药理活性等方面的研究进展,为葛根资源的进一步综合利用以及开发高附加值葛根产品提供参考。
Pueraria lobata is a kind of both medicinal and edible plant, which has a long history in China. A large number of scholars both at home and abroad have studied kudzu in different fields and found a variety of active ingredients clinically for the treatment of cardiovascular, diabetes and other diseases. Kudzu has attracted widespread attention due to its rich source, effectivity, safety, etc. In this paper recent studies on chemical composition and pharmacological activity of kudzu will be reviewed, so as to provide a reference for the further utilization and development of pueraria and produce high value-added products.
