摘要
人才培养是一所大学的根本与核心,实施创新教育、培养出更多具有创新精神、创新意识和创新能力的优秀人才,是全面提升高等教育质量的内在要求,也是全面提升教学水平和人才培养质量的"双一流"高校建设中的重要现实需求。南京林业大学是一所具有鲜明行业特色和丰富行业创新人才培养经验的特色大学,学校依托林业工程"双一流"学科建设,进行了一系列的人才培养模式改革,着力提升学生的工程素质、科学素质、实践能力和创新能力,坚持以立德树人为己任,以提高人才培养质量为核心,扎实推进教育教学综合改革,并逐步走出了一条行业特色院校与社会深度融合、科学研究反哺"双一流"学科建设以及科学研究与本科教学协同作用下的创新人才培养之路。
Talent cultivation is file t＇undamental base and core of a university. The implementation of innovative education and cultivate more innovative talents who possess the innovation consciousness and innovation ability, is the inherent requirement of improving the quality of higher education, teaching level and quality of talent cultivation. It is also an important practical demand in colleges and universities along with construction of ＂double first-rate＂ discipline. Nanjing Forestry University is a university characterized by its distinct industry features and rich innovation talents training experience. Based on the construction of forestry engineering- the ＂double first-rate＂ discipline in Nanjing Forestry University, the university conducted a series of talent training mode reform, to strive to improve the students＇ engineering quality, scientific quality, practice ability and innovation ability. The university adhere to regard the high moral values establishment and people cultivation as own duty, to regard the improvement of the quality of talent training as the core, to firmly advance education teaching reform. Nanjing Forestry University gradually walked out of an innovation talents training road featured by the depth fusion of the social and the industry characterized universities, by the feedback of scientific research to the construction of ＂double first-rate＂ discipline, and by the synergic function of the scientific research and undergraduate course teaching.
