摘要
目的分析探讨复方苯佐卡因凝胶对于豚鼠口腔溃疡的治疗效果。方法选择108只健康豚鼠,每只豚鼠注射0.5m L醋酸(10%),将其随机分9组,每组12只,把药物在溃疡面上涂抹均匀,对比9组豚鼠用药前后的溃疡面积。选80只健康豚鼠,注射0.07 m L表皮葡萄菌菌液,将其分为8组,分析不同组别豚鼠治疗后的溃疡面积。选择80只健康豚鼠,每只注射0.07 m L白色念珠菌菌液,分为8组,对比8组豚鼠的溃疡面积。结果凝胶组、OMA组的口腔溃疡面积比模型对照组明显要小(P<0.05),凝胶、OMA对于表皮葡萄球菌诱发的口腔溃疡治疗效果较为确切,溃疡面积显著小于模型对照组(P<0.05),凝胶、OMA对于白色念珠菌诱发的口腔溃疡治疗效果较为确切,溃疡面积显著小于模型对照组(P<0.05)。结论复方苯佐卡因凝胶治疗口腔溃疡可有效缩小溃疡面积,提高治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To study the clinical effect of compound Benzocain Gel in treating guinea pigs mouth ulcers.Methods Selected 108 healthy guinea pigs,injected 0.5 m L acetic acid( 10%) to each guinea pig,divided them into 9 groups. Smeared the compound Benzocain Gel on the ulcer,compared the ulcer area before and after treating. Selected80 healthy guinea pigs,injected 0.07 m L epidermal grapevines to each guinea pig,divided them into 8 groups,compared the ulcer area before and after treating. Selected 80 healthy guinea pigs,injected 0. 07 m L candida albicans to each guinea pig,divided them into 8 groups,compared the ulcer area before and after treating. Results The ulcer area of Gel group and OMA group were less than that of model control group( P〈0.05). The gel and OMA had statistical effect in treating epidermal staphylococus induced oral ulcer,the ulcer area was less than that of that of model control group( P〈0.05). The gel and OMA had statistical effect in treating candida albicans induced oral ulcer,the ulcer area was less than that of that of model control group( P〈0.05). Conclusion Adopting compound Benzocain Gel in treating guinea pigs mouth ulcers can reduce tha ulcer area,improve the clincal effect,is worthy of clincal application.
