摘要
建立了吹扫捕集-气相色谱质谱法测定水中氯丁二烯的方法,并对其吹扫条件进行优化。当吹扫体积为5mL,方法在0.00~20.0μg·L^(-1)浓度范围内氯丁二烯线性关系较好,检出限为0.06μg·L^(-1),样品的加标回收率在92.6%~96.2%间,相对标准偏差小于3%。本方法操作简单,灵敏度高,精密度和准确度符合分析测试要求,适用于水中氯丁二烯的测定。
The method of the determination of chlorbutadiene in water by scavenging and scavenging and gas chromatography was established and the conditions of blowing and scavenging were optimized. When the volume of scavenging volume was 5mL, the linear relationship of chlorbutadiene was better in the concentration range of 0.00-20.0μg·L^-1, and the detection limit was 0.06μg·L^-1, and the standard deviation of the sample was 92.6%- 96.2%, and the relative standard deviation was less than 3%. This method is simple in operation, high sensitivity, precision and accuracy in accordance with the analysis test requirements, and is applicable to the determination of chlorbutadiene in water.
