摘要
介绍了污水源热泵系统虹吸负压取水工艺,分析了利用虹吸罐取水的原理,给出了虹吸罐体积及膨胀倍数的计算方法。基于工程实践,着重介绍了虹吸负压取水的设计参数。研究表明,虹吸罐的有效容积由倒空管体积与膨胀倍数决定,膨胀倍数一般为1.3~3.3,虹吸负压取水可作为污水源热泵系统取水的有效方式。
Presents the siphon negative pressure water intake technology for a sewage-source heat pump system, analyses the principle of siphon pot water intake, and provides the calculation methods of siphon pot volume and expansion ratio. Based on engineering practices, presents the design parameters of siphon negative pressure water intake emphatically. The study result shows that the volume of siphon pot can be determined by the volume of the empty tube and the expansion ratio, the expansion ratio is between 1.3 and 3.3, and siphon negative pressure water intake can be used as an effective way for sewage-source heat pump system.
