摘要
观察中医联合改良RPH术治疗混合痔的临床疗效。方法:将本院2014年1月—2016年6月收治的60例混合痔患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例,对照组采用改良RPH加浅剥低扎术,术后第一天起换药前及便后用痔疾洗液(Z20025696,贵州拜特制药有限公司)坐浴,然后采用生肌散外敷,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上采用益气止血汤内服,日1次,水煎服。比较两组患者治疗后疼痛积分、术后并发症发生率及创面愈合时间。结果:两组患者术后疼痛积分比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组术后出血、肛门狭窄、里急后重感与对照组比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者创面愈合时间比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医联合改良RPH术治疗混合痔能够减少术后并发症,促进创面愈合。
Objective： To observe the clinical effects of Chinese medicine combined with improved RPH on mixed hemorrhoids.Methods： Totally 60 patients with mixed hemorrhoids treated between January 2014 and June 2016 were randomized into control group and treatment group,30 cases in each group. Control group were conducted improved PRH-RPH combined with shallowpeeling and low-dressing procedure. From the first day after surgery,Hemorrhoid Lotion weas used for hip bath before changing dress and after defecation,and after that Muscle-Generating Powder was used for external application. Treatment group were additionally given Qi-Benefiting and Bleeding-Stopping Decoction for oral administration,once every day. The pain scores,occurrence rates of complications and healing time of the wound in the two groups were compared. Results： There was no statistical significance of the pain scores between two groups（ P〉0. 05）; the symptoms of bleeding,anal stenosis and rectal tenemus in treatment group between the two groups had statistical difference（ P〈0. 05）; the healing time of wound between two groups had statistical difference（ P〈0. 05） Conclusion： Chinese medicine combined with RPH can reduce the post-operative complications and improve the healing of the wound due to mixed hemorrhoids.
