摘要
目的探讨手术室优化护理在妇产科开腹手术患者中的应用效果。方法选取我院妇产科2015年1月至2016年12月收治的100例开腹手术患者,随机分为实验组和对照组各50例。对照组给予常规护理,实验组在此基础上给予手术室优化护理。比较两组患者的临床护理效果。结果实验组的手术切口甲级愈合率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),手术切口感染率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。实验组的护理满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05),住院时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论手术室优化护理应用于妇产科开腹手术患者中,护理效果理想,可促进患者切口愈合,预防切口感染,缩短住院时间,提高护理满意度,值得临床推广。
Objective To explore the application effect of optimized nursing in operation room for patients with laparotomy in department of obstetrics and gynecology. Methods 100 cases of patients with laparotomy in department of obstetrics and gynecology of our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing, while the experimental group received optimized nursing in operation room on this basis. The clinical nursing effect was compared between two groups. Results The first-class healing rate of surgical incision of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）, and the infection rate of surgical incision was significantly lower than that of control group （P〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction degree of experimental group was significantly higher than that of control group （P 〈0.05）, and the hospitalization time was significantly shorter than that of control group （P 〈0.05）. Conclusions Optimized nursing in operation room in the application of patients with laparotomy in department of obstetrics and gynecology has satisfactory nursing effect, can promote the incision healing, prevent the incision infection, shorten the hospitalization time, and improve the nursing satisfaction degree, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
