摘要
目的探讨雌孕激素序贯疗法治疗青春期功血的临床疗效。方法选择2016年1—12月在我院诊断治疗的青春期功血患者100例为研究对象,随机分为观察组与对照组,对照组口服戊酸雌二醇治疗,观察组采用雌孕激素序贯疗法治疗。比较两组止血效果、临床疗效、出血控制时间、止血时间、不良反应情况。结果观察组总有效率96.0%,高于对照组的68.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组出血控制时间(27.9±8.3)h、完全止血时间(2.1±0.8)h,均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组止血效果优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组均未出现恶心、呕吐、厌食不良反应,无肝肾功能损害。结论雌孕激素序贯疗法治疗青春期功血具有较好的止血效果及临床疗效。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of estrogen and progesterone sequential therapy in the treatment of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods From January to December 2016, 100 patients with function of adolescent in our hospital as the research object, randomly divided into observation group and control group, control group was treated with estradiol valerate treatment, observation group were treated with sequential therapy of estrogen and progesterone. The hemostatic efect, clinical efcacy, bleeding control time, hemostasis time and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 96%, higher than that of the control group 68%, the diference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. The bleeding control time （27.9±8.3） h and the complete hemostasis time （2.1±0.8） h in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group, the diference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. The hemostatic efect of the observation group was better than that of the control group, the diference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. No nausea, vomiting and anorexia were found in the two groups, and there was no liver and kidney damage. Conclusion Estrogen and progesterone sequential therapy in the treatment of adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding has better hemostatic efect and clinical curative efect.
