摘要
目的研究分析优质护理服务理念在稽留流产护理中的应用效果。方法选取2016年4月—2017年4月我科室收治的稽留流产的患者78例为本次研究对象。采用数字随机法,将其分为两组。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施优质护理,对比两组患者的护理满意度以及比较两组患者护理前后SAS、SDS评分变化情况。结果观察组患者的护理满意度为97.44%,高于对照组的82.05%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。经护理后,两组患者的SAS、SDS评分均有所改善,观察组患者改善程度优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论优质护理服务理念在稽留流产护理中的应用效果显著,患者的不良情绪有效的疏导,护理满意度大大提高。
Objective To study the application effect of high quality nursing service concept in nursing care of missed abortion. Methods 78 cases from April 2016 to April 2017 in our hospital from missed abortion patients were selected as the research objects. According to digital random method, they were divided into two groups. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given high quality nursing, Compared two groups of patients with nursing satisfaction, and compared the two groups of patients before and after nursing SAS, SDS score changes. Results The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.44%, higher than 82.05% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). After nursing, the SAS and SDS scores of the two groups were improved, and the improvement degree of the observation group was better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion The application effect of high quality nursing service concept in missed abortion in nursing care of patients with negative emotions significantly, effective counseling, nursing satisfaction is greatly improved.
