摘要
目的肝脏恶性肿瘤患者通过腹腔镜肝切除术治疗所取得的效果,探讨腹腔镜肝切除术的应用价值,希望能够为肝脏恶性肿瘤的手术治疗提供有效参考。方法选取2015年8月12日—2017年8月15日于我院进行治疗的肝脏恶性肿瘤患者99例作为研究对象。50例进行开腹手术治疗的患者纳入常规组,49例接受腹腔镜肝切除术治疗的患者纳入实验组,对比分析常规组和实验组患者的疗效。结果实验组患者术中出血量、术后进食时间、住院时长均低于常规组,常规组术中输血率、术后并发症发生率、术后盐酸哌替啶应用率均高于实验组,组间对比,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肝脏恶性肿瘤患者接受腹腔镜肝切除术进行治疗,安全且可靠,手术创伤小,术中出血量低,术后盐酸哌替啶应用率低,有效缩短了患者的恢复时间,近期疗效佳。
Objective To evaluate the value of laparoscopic hepatectomy in the treatment of patients with malignant liver tumors by laparoscopic hepatectomy, hoping to provide an effective reference for the surgical treatment of liver malignant tumors. Methods Totally, 99 cases of patients with liver cancer treated in our hospital from August 12, 2015 to August 15, 2017 were enrolled in this study. 50 cases of patients undergoing open surgery were enrolled in the conventional group and 49 cases of patients undergoing laparoscopic liver resection were included in the experimental group, and the curative effect of the routine and experimental groups was compared. Results The blood loss, postoperative eating time and length of stay in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the conventional group. The blood transfusion rate, the incidence of postoperative complications and the application rate of Pethidine Hydrochloride in the conventional group were significantly higher than those in the experimental group. There was significant difference between two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Patients with malignant liver tumors underwent laparoscopic liver resection, which are safe and reliable. The surgical trauma is small, the intraoperative blood loss is low, the application rate of Pethidine Hydrochloride is low, and the recovery time of patients is shortened effectively. The short-term curative effect is good.
