摘要
目的:分析乳腺髓样癌的超声表现特征,探讨超声对其诊断价值。方法:回顾性分析经手术病理证实的乳腺髓样癌患者38个病灶的二维及彩色多普勒超声声像图特征,包括病灶的形态、大小、边界、内部回声、腋窝淋巴结转移及彩色血流特点,并与病理结果对照研究。结果:在38个乳腺髓样癌病灶中17个表现为良性特征,21个表现为恶性特征,术前超声诊断准确率为55.3%。结论:乳腺髓样癌具有一些良性病灶的表现特征,应注意鉴别。
Objective：To analyze the ultrasonographic features of breast medullary carcinoma（ BMC）, and to dis- cuss the diagnostic value of US. Methods：Two dimensional and color doppler ultrasound features of 38 BMC patients confirmed by pathology were analyzed retrospectively, including shape, size, border, internal echo, axillary lymph node metastasis and color flow, compared with pathological results. Results：Of these 38 patients, 17 lesions showed benign features,21 lesions showed malignant features, the preoperative accurate diagnostic rate was 55.3%. Conclusion： Breast medullary carcinoma has some features of benign lesions, attention should be paid to distinguish.
