摘要
受限于资料条件和技术手段,中小流域,尤其是源头小流域的洪水风险研究相对较少,技术手段缺乏。太平溪小流域位于太湖流域暴雨点内,汛期暴雨洪水量大且较为迅猛,对安全产生较大影响。为提高该区域的防洪安全系数,提出耦合马斯京根法改进新安江模型,应用结果表明,模型拟合效果符合实际情况,可为该区域防洪风险的进一步研究提供理论依据和技术支撑。
Limited by data and technology, flood risk research is relatively rough for small and medium - sized watersheds,especially the headstream of small watershed. Located in the rainstorm point of Taihu Lake Basin, Taipingxi Small Watershed suffers from floods of large volume and high velocity during flood season, arousing safety issues in this region. In order to improve the flood control safety factor in this area, a modified Xin'anjiang model coupling with Muskingum method is proposed in this paper. The model is applied to runoff simulation on the Taipingxi Basin. As the result is in accord with the actual situation, it is suggest that the model can provide theoretical basis and technical support for the research of flood risk in this area.
