摘要
促进科技创新与金融发展的有机融合,是实现经济发展方式转变,建立创新型国家以及提高国际竞争力的一个重大战略举措。本文在对国外发达国家科技金融发展模式从政府扶持政策、风险投资市场、多层次资本市场以及风险担保机制等方面进行综合比较,并通过国内外对比分析找出差距,最后提出相关建议从而推动我国科技金融健康发展。
Promoting the organic fusion of sci-tech innovation and finance development,it is the important strategic move for transforming of economic development mode,establishing the innovative country,improving the international competitiveness.The paper comprehensively analyzes the development mode of sci-tech finance in developed country from the aspects of government support policies,venture capital market,multi-level capital markets and risk guarantee mechanism,then,by comparison with foreign countries,we offer some relevant suggestions to develop sci-tech finance in China healthy.
