摘要
目前,湖北三鑫有限公司充填体下间柱回采多采用上向分层充填法,回采中常留设一定厚度护壁减小对两侧充填体影响。为探究矿山预留间柱安全经济回采方案,现针对该公司-370 m中段间柱进行残矿回采研究,提出留设0、0.5、1.0、1.5 m护壁矿体4种回采方案;借助有限差分软件,对该4个方案在-370 m中段进行间柱回采模拟运算,研究了不同方案下采场开采过程中顶板应力、位移等指标的变化规律;综合分析比较了各方案的回采安全性与经济效益,对比选取出最优的回采方案。结果表明:在间柱回采过程中,矿房两侧预留1 m护壁矿体时,矿房顶板沉降、底板隆起最小且矿房较稳定,同时矿石损失量最小,为最优回采方案,为该矿山残矿回采起到了一定的指导作用。
At present,the lower column of the filling body is mostly recovered by upward slicing and filling method in Hubei Sanxin Co.,Ltd.A certain thickness of the retaining wall is often retained in the mining to reduce the impact on both sides of the filling body.In order to explore a safe and economic stoping scheme of mine reservation column,study on 370 m middle column of residual ore extraction of this company is carried out,and 4 kinds of stoping schemes are proposed including setting up the retaining wall of 0 m,0.5 m,1 m,and 1.5 m.Simulation operation of the four schemes are carried out on the middle section of-370 m by using finite difference software. The variation law of roof stress and displacement in the process of mining under different schemes is studied. Through comprehensively analyzing and comparing the mining safety and economic benefits of each scheme,the optimal stoping scheme is selected.The results show that in the process of pillar stoping,when the1 m retaining wall is reserved on both sides of the room,both the subsidence of the roof and the uplift of the bottom plate are minimal,and the ore room is stable with a minimum of the ore loss,so this is the optimal stoping scheme.It plays a guiding role for the mining of residual ore.
