摘要
经济全球化和快速城镇化背景下,我国沿海许多城市的近海地区进入快速发展时期。临港商务区作为城市发展的重要引擎,大量集聚以第三产业为主的、高级别的经济活动,呈现出重要的建设需求,同时也引起了一系列的规划建设问题。文章以青岛董家口临港商务区规划设计为例,以绿色生态为理念,基于"三鼎盛源,启动之钥"的规划设计主题,规划了"一核、一轴、三点、四片"的空间结构;从优化空间布局、完善道路系统、营造绿化景观、保护滨水岸线、加强控制引导等方面对近海地区的可持续发展进行规划探索,将董家口临港商务区打造成为发展全面、功能完备,交通便捷、绿色低碳、环境优美、景观丰富的标志性地区。
Under the background of economic globalization and rapid urbanization, many cities near the offshore region have entered a rapid development period. Port business district as an important engine of urban development, gathered a large number of tertiary industry and high-level economic activities, showing a huge demand for construction, but also led to a series of planning and construction issues. This paper takes Qingdao Dongjiakou port business district planning as an example, based on the ecological planning concept, has developed the sustainable planning from the aspects of optimizing the spatial layout, improving the traffic system, creating the landscape, protecting the shoreline and strengthening the control guidance. Dongjiakou business district will develop to a landmark district of comprehensive development, full function, convenient transportation, low carbon, beautiful environment and rich landscape.
