摘要
描述了迈克耳孙干涉仪的结构、原理和调节方法,对非定域干涉和定域干涉的成像过程和干涉条纹特点进行了分析,实现了氦氖激光波长和透明玻璃薄片折射率的测量实验,并对透明玻璃薄片折射率测量实验的调节方法和实验现象进行了详细讨论.
The structure,principle and adjustment methods of the Michelson interferometer were introduced.Based on the analysis of imaging process and the interference fringe characteristics for nonlocal interference and local interference,the measurement of the wavelength of He-Ne laser and the refractive index of the transparent glass slice were realized.The adjustment method and the experimental phenomena during the measurement of the refractive index for the transparent slice were discussed in detail.
