摘要
学籍档案是干部人事档案的重要组成部分,学历学位材料的审核是干部人事档案审核工作的一项重要内容。通过干部人事档案专项审核发现干部的学籍档案存在材料不齐全、内容不规范、信息不准确、手续不完备等共性问题,并就学籍档案管理工作存在问题提出解决的思路与路径,为干部人事档案的后续管理工作打下良好的基础。
The school archives is an important part of the cadre personnel archives, and the audit of academic degree materials is an important part of cadre personnel archives audit. Through the cadre personnel archives special audit, it is found that some common problems exist, such as incomplete material, unstandardized content, inaccurate information and incomplete procedures. Some ideas and path to solve the problems in the management of school archives are put forward to lay a good foundation for the follow-up management work of cadre personnel archives.
