摘要
论证了垃圾分类的难点与关键环节,指出垃圾分类成败与否的关键环节在分类投放。提出了推进垃圾分类工作的若干切入点,即以投放环节这一关键局部带动全局;以双轨并进新思路拓展分类途径;采用基于有害物单独投放和干湿分离的"2+n"分类新模式;以"节点分类"细化分类工作,提高分类效果。
By demonstrating the difficulties and bottlenecks of waste classification process,it is indicated that separation and dumping is the key link of the process. Several breakthrough points are proposed to promote waste separation： a） using the dumping as the key part to drive the whole,b） following the dual-track strategy to expand waysof classification,c） applying＂2＋n＂mode according to local conditions and d） specifying separation process with node separation to improve the effect of waste classification.
