摘要
本文首先分析了化工工艺中节能降耗技术的重要性和内容,然后阐述了化工工艺中的能源消耗问题,最后总结了化工工艺中节能降耗实现技术,即提升化工企业的管理力度、加强技术设备更新和完善、优化化工工艺、提升机械设备的工作效率、使用阻垢剂等。
This paper analyzed the importance and contents of energy saving technology in chemical pro-cess, and expounded the problems in the process of consumption of chemical energy, and finally summedup the implementation of energy-saving technology in chemical process, namely, management of chemicalenterprises to enhance efforts to strengthen technical equipment renewal and improvement and optimizationof chemical process, improve work efficiency, the use of mechanical equipment inhibitor etc.
