摘要
目的探讨恶性肿瘤患者外周血中不同T淋巴细胞检测的临床价值。方法选择在我院接受治疗的147例恶性肿瘤患者作为观察组,选择同期在我院接受体检的健康人群80例作为对照组,检测并比较两组外周血中CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+不同亚群T细胞以及CD4^+/CD8^+水平差异。结果观察组患者治疗前CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+均明显低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后CD3^+、CD4^+、CD4^+/CD8^+均明显高于治疗前(P<0.05),但仍明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者治疗前后CD8^+比较及与对照组之间比较均无明显差异(P>0.05)。观察组内各不同癌症T淋巴细胞水平不受肿瘤类型影响。结论恶性肿瘤患者外周血T细胞亚群不同指标的检测有助于了解患者的细胞免疫功能状态,从而为患者治疗方案的确定和调整以及治疗效果的评估提供参考依据。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of different T lymphocytes in peripheral blood of patients with malignant tumor. Methods 147 cases of malignant tumor patients in our hospital were chosen as the observation group study and 80 cases of healthy people underwent a medical examination in our hospital were selected as the control group. Theb different subsets of T cells of CD3 ＋ , CD4 ＋ and CD8 ＋ and the level of CD4 ＋/CD8 ＋ in the peripheral blood were detected and compared in the two groups of subjects. Results CD3 ＋ , CD4 ＋ and CD4＋/CD8 ＋ in the observation group before treatment were significandy lower than that of the con-trol group（P 〈 0. 05）. The CD3 ＋ , CD4 ＋ and CD4 ＋ /CD8 ＋ in the observation group were significandy higher than those before treatment（ P 〈 0. 05 ） ,but still significantly lower than that of the control group（P 〈0.05）. There was no significant difference in CD8 ＋ between the observation group and the control group before and af-ter treatment （P 〉0.05）. The levels of T lymphocytes in the different groups of cancer patients were analyzed and it was found that the levels of T lymphocytes were not influenced by tumor type. Conclusion The patients with malignant tumor of peripheral blood T cell subsets in different target detection is helpful to understand the cellular immune function of patients, so as to provide reference for the evaluation of treatment.
