摘要
进城农民涉毒问题日益严重。从家庭共同体视角来看,进城农民家庭集体记忆在禁毒信息储备的质与量方面存在短板,其成员易受涉毒信息侵蚀;基于原生家庭劳动与享受关系,处于相对贫困的家庭成员在面对涉毒诱惑时决策、决断力不足;家庭特殊信任中的默认一致、中意和习惯以及团结对外等,为进城农民的涉毒共同犯罪提供了温床。预防此类犯罪应在家庭共同体建设方面做一些有益工作。
Nowadays, the drug problems concerning the rural migrant workers in cities are increasingly serious. From the perspective of family community, the workers have clear shortcomings in the quality and quantity of the storage of anti-drug information especially when it comes to their memories. Therefore, it is much easier for them to be corrupted by the information propagandizing drugs. Based on the relationship between the labor and enjoyment in the indigenous families, the family members in the relatively poorer situations will encounter much more challenges from the temptation of the drugs when making decisions. In addition, the specific trust between family members leads to the consistent default, please, habit and the unbreakable union towards outside. It also lays the foundation stone for the joint crime committed by the rural migrant workers in cities. Therefore, it is essential that we make some differences on the construction of the family community to prevent such kind of crime.
